The M2 crosses Medway from junction 1 at Strood to junction 4, where the A278 heads into Gillingham. The A289 Medway Tunnel, opened in 1996 and free to use, links Strood and Chatham under the river, and with the A2 and A278 it forms the northern bypass that serves Chatham Maritime and Medway City Estate. The A229 climbs over Blue Bell Hill to the M20.

4. We complete the paperwork with you and pay by bank transfer.

Paperwork for a Medway HGV sale

You'll need the V5C and the plating certificate (VTG 7A). Download the tachograph vehicle unit data before the lorry goes, take it off your operator's licence through VOL, and get a written settlement figure if there's finance outstanding.
